𝑭𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒙 is a 6yr old, 14.3hh, classy looking and stout made gelding that’s by a son of 𝙋𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙤𝙨 𝙎𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙊𝙖𝙠 (𝗣𝗘 𝟰𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻+) and out of a 𝙍𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙡 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡/𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙯 mare.

 

He’s been used outside to sort and doctor pairs, used as a turn back horse in the cutting pen, and started in the arena roping the hot heels and tracking live cattle. Felix is one hand broke with a light mouth and a big stop. Stands for the farrier, bathing, blanketing, saddling, and mounting. Great rope horse prospect for either end or breakaway/calf roping or continue to use him outside on your ranch.

 

Felix will have an old scar on his left front from over reaching and a small feather in the corner of his right eye. He is 100% sound and has never offered to take a lame step and the spot in his eye does not effect his demeanor or ability in any way. This will not be your kid's, grandmother's, or unknowledgable rider's next mount. He will get fresh with time off and a little watchy (as he's bred to be), but he is not a dirty bronc and truthfully just gets humpy. He's honest about it and if you go to snatch him up and tell him to quit, he'll walk right out of it. The more frequent you ride him, the better he is in general. This is the type of a horse that needs a daily job and doesn't need to be a hobbyist's horse.
